New – The “Moving Up” – Primary School Module is here!

The “Moving Up” – Primary transition Module is now live in the member Library!

 

We are pleased to announce an exciting addition to the Coaching Young People For Success program.  The new “Moving Up” Module comes with all the resources to deliver a ready made 3-6 hour workshop to assist primary school students prepare for their transition to high school. They will reflect on their primary years, understand the differences and challenges they may face in high school, identify their goals, aspirations and the potential steps, strategies and skills they will need to have fun and be their best. CYPFS Members can now login to the CYPFS RESOURCE LIBRARY where you will find the new “Moving UP” slideshow gallery, re-writable and print versions of the Student Workbook and a step by step leaders manual, ready for you to deliver with the young people you support.
