Learn how to take young people on a journey of self-discovery where they will connect to their strengths and design an inspiring life and career pathway plan that matches who they are and what is important to them.

Their plans can then be used as a guide to focus your ongoing coaching conversations. Every participant will be registered as a My Career Coach and receive a leader toolkit for lifelong use, with up to 30 hours of activities that can be delivered in groups, one-to-one or via the My Career Coach Portal straight away.

Add My Career Coach online seats – for $10 per person, open for 4 years.

Their plans can then be used as a guide to focus and “fast-track” positive and lasting behaviour change in your your ongoing coaching conversations. Every participant will be registered as a My Life Coach leader and receive a toolkit for lifelong use, with up to 20 hours of coaching curriculum they can deliver in groups, one-to-one or via the My Life Coach portal straight away.
